Access
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access to deliver the product into your home and into your chosen location. You should consider vehicle access, lifts and tight stairs etc. If windows or doors need to be removed in order for access to be gained it is your responsibility to arrange this at your cost and risk. If you are unsure about access to or within your property, please call our store to discuss this.

Will all my items be delivered together?
For most orders, we will ensure that your full order is compiled so you receive one complete delivery regardless of how many pieces you order. In a few circumstances, some products are delivered on our behalf by a supplier using specialist transport, which may require an additional delivery if ordered with another piece of furniture.

Do you price match?
Pure Comfort believes in offering the very best value. In the unlikely event that you find the exact same item for sale elsewhere at a lower price before your furniture is delivered, we will gladly match that price and refund the difference.

Can I nominate a day or time for delivery?
With limited storage facilities, we endeavor to deliver your order as swiftly as possible, usually no later than 7 days after it becomes available. We would appreciate you accepting delivery on the same basis. We will contact you to arrange a convenient day and will call you with a time slot the day before but will always try to accommodate your requirements.

Can I just pay a deposit?
As product lead times may vary between 1 to 14 weeks, we have recently introduced some changes to our payment process to spread the costs for items with a longer anticipated delivery time. If any of your purchases have a lead time of 4 weeks or more and you have chosen to pay by debit or credit card, you may opt initially to pay a deposit of a minimum of 25% of your order value, with the final balance being settled prior to delivery.

How much is the delivery charge ?
Delivery is free up to a 50 mile radius from the store. Please call us for a quote for outside this area.

How can I pay ?
Please call our shop once you have decided on your items so we can take a payment and process your valued order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
As soon as we have completed the order a confirmation with all your details will be sent to you.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you wish to change your order either email us or telephone us on 01722 322596. We will do our best to help and changes are usually possible within the first few days of ordering.
